Frequently Asked Questions

What happens to my tickets when a concert is canceled?
When a show is canceled, the ticket seller refunds tickets bought through it, usually to the original payment method. Watch for an email from the seller with the details. Tickets bought on a resale site are refunded under that site's own policy.
Are my tickets still good if a show is postponed or rescheduled?
Usually yes: tickets for a postponed or rescheduled show are honored for the new date. If you cannot make the new date, the seller may offer a refund for a limited time, so check the seller's email or your account.
How does TourWax find out about changes?
TourWax checks Ticketmaster and SeatGeek listings for every artist it follows about once a day. When a show's status, venue, date or start time changes, the change is logged here and on the show's own page.
Why does a show say "Back on"?
A show is marked Back on when a ticket seller lists it as a normal show again after it was marked canceled, postponed or rescheduled. Check the show's page for the current date and ticket links.
