If you are reporting a mistake, include the link to the page and, if you have one, a link to the official announcement or ticket listing. That makes it quicker to check and fix.

Who reads it

Mail to contact@tourwax.com is read by the site's owner, and we answer within a few days. We do not sell tickets, so we cannot help with orders, refunds or ticket transfers: for those, contact the seller you bought from.
