Who Is Opening for Hilary Duff on the 2027 Lucky Me Tour?

Hilary Duff's 2027 US dates split cleanly in two: Dashboard Confessional opens all ten October shows, and Tegan and Sara open all nine November shows. In Europe, Rebecca Black opens every date in May. There is no rotating bill and no city-by-city guessing: if you are holding an October ticket you are seeing Dashboard Confessional, and if you are holding a November ticket you are seeing Tegan and Sara.

Duff announced the 32 new Lucky Me Tour dates on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, and the support acts were confirmed in the announcement itself rather than trickling out later. General on-sale for the US leg is Friday, October 2, 2026 at 10 a.m. local time. If you want the artist presale, the registration deadline is Sunday, September 27 at 3 p.m. ET, which is two days from this post going up.

The Openers, Leg by Leg

The Lucky Me Tour has now used six different support acts across its run, which is unusual for a single touring cycle. Here is the whole picture, including the legs already on the calendar:

Dashboard Confessional is the booking that says the most about who this tour is actually for. Chris Carrabba's band is the emo-acoustic band of the early 2000s, the same window in which Duff's Metamorphosis and Hilary Duff records came out, and the October run is built through the northeast and the Rust Belt where that audience is thickest. Expect a singalong set rather than a polite warmup.

Tegan and Sara take the November run. The Quin sisters have spent the last decade in the same synth-forward pop register Duff moved into on Luck... or Something, and they are a more natural stylistic match for the current album than they would have been for the 2003 version of this bill. November is the western and midwestern half of the tour.

Rebecca Black opens all nine European dates in May. Black's post-2021 run as a hyperpop and club artist is one of the more complete reinventions in pop right now, and putting her in front of European arena crowds is the most forward-looking slot on the whole tour.

Neither US opener is billed as a co-headliner. These are standard two-act arena bills with Duff playing the long set.

Two things stand out in the routing. First, there is a two and a half week gap between Pittsburgh on October 16 and San Antonio on November 5, which is where the opener handoff happens. Second, the itinerary skips New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago entirely, because Duff already played those markets on the 2026 leg, including Madison Square Garden on August 5, 2026. This run is deliberately built on the cities the amphitheater leg missed.

The August 2027 Latin American run, four shows across San Juan, Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires, and Santiago, has no support act announced yet. Same for the February 2027 Mexico dates. If either gets one, it will almost certainly be a local booking announced closer to the shows, so do not assume Rebecca Black or Dashboard Confessional carries over.

Worth knowing before you plan around a presale: several earlier legs of this tour sold out outright, including most of the Australian and New Zealand run and the Mexico City dates. Duff announced the expansion from the stage at her final UK show, with confetti reading "2027 More Dates Loading" during the encore, which is a reasonable signal of how the first batch moved. The smaller buildings on the November leg, Casey's Center in Des Moines and the BOK Center in Tulsa in particular, are the ones most likely to go fast.

Duff released Luck... or Something in 2026, her first studio album in more than a decade, and it debuted at number three on the Billboard 200. The Lucky Me Tour is her first full-scale global headlining tour in close to twenty years, which is why the routing keeps growing rather than settling. What started as a Las Vegas residency at Voltaire in February 2026 and a North American amphitheater run is now a genuine world tour spanning five continents into late 2027.
