That is the whole itinerary. Two nights, one venue, no tour. The shows were announced September 1, 2026, under the billing MILEY: BASS PERSUADES, and they are her first announced headline concerts since the Attention Tour wrapped in March 2022. Both shows are Live Nation lease events at the Bowl, which means the venue's usual house rules are modified. Outside alcohol, glass, and cans are prohibited at entry, so the picnic-and-wine routine that works for a Los Angeles Philharmonic night does not apply here. Plan on gates at 6:00 p.m. and a 7:30 p.m. start.

One thing worth flagging: a few outlets reported the general on-sale as Friday, September 11. Ticketmaster's own event help page and the Hollywood Bowl listing both give Thursday, September 10 at 10 a.m., so that is the date to set an alarm for. If you miss it, the Bowl's listing is the safer place to watch for released production holds than any resale marketplace.

Who Is Opening: Model/Actriz
Model/Actriz open both nights, and the booking is not a coincidence. The band appears on Bass Persuades itself, featured on the track "Different Religion." Frontman Cole Haden also co-wrote "Prelude" on Miley's 2025 album Something Beautiful, so this is the second time the two camps have worked together.
Model/Actriz formed in Boston in 2016 and are now based in Brooklyn: Cole Haden on vocals, Jack Wetmore on guitar, Aaron Shapiro on bass, and Ruben Radlauer on drums. Their sound sits somewhere between post-punk, dance-punk, and industrial noise rock, which is a genuinely strange fit for a Hollywood Bowl pop bill and probably the point. Their debut Dogsbody arrived in 2023 to a strong critical reception, Pirouette followed in May 2025, and they released a surprise EP, Swan Songs, in March 2026.
Haden's live presence is confrontational and physical in a way that tends to divide a room, especially one seated in boxes. If you are showing up for the singles, arrive anyway. This is not a warm-up act you can skip without missing something.
The Album: Bass Persuades
Bass Persuades is Miley's tenth studio album, out September 18, 2026 through Atlantic Records, four weeks before the first Bowl date. The announced tracklist runs ten songs and includes "Different Religion" with Model/Actriz and "Neon Signs" featuring Andrew Wyatt of Miike Snow.
Because the record lands a month ahead of the shows, both nights will draw from material the audience has had time to learn. That is a different proposition from a tour that opens the week of release, and it usually means a deeper setlist rather than a greatest-hits run with three new songs bolted on.
Why These Shows Matter
Miley has not mounted a proper concert tour in more than a decade. The Bangerz Tour ran through 2014, Milky Milky Milk followed with eight shows in late 2015, and the Attention Tour played eleven performances between July 2021 and its final date at Lollapalooza Brazil on March 26, 2022. Since then she has kept to awards shows, one-off appearances, and studio work.
She has also never played the Hollywood Bowl. In her announcement she wrote that the Bowl is her favorite place to experience music and that she has sat in those seats many times without ever taking the stage.
The timing carries some weight. Dolly Parton, Miley's godmother and a constant presence in her career since Billy Ray Cyrus asked Parton to take the role before Miley was born, died on August 25, 2026 at 80. The Hollywood Bowl announcement came one week later. Nothing about a tribute has been announced, and it would be speculation to promise one.
Getting to the Bowl
The Hollywood Bowl has effectively no general parking you want to rely on for a sold-out night. Stacked parking lots require you to leave your keys and wait out the row, and the surrounding streets are permit-restricted. The Park and Ride shuttles from lots around Los Angeles County are the standard answer, and Metro's Bowl shuttle from the Hollywood/Highland station runs on event nights. Buy shuttle passes when you buy tickets rather than at the gate.
Seating runs from bench seats in the upper terraces to garden boxes down front. The Bowl's amplification is good enough that the cheap seats are genuinely viable, which is not true at every large outdoor venue.
