BABYMETAL has announced a massive 20-date North American leg of their 2026 World Tour, with Halestorm and Violent Vira joining as support. The run opens August 30 at Petco Park in San Diego — where they'll support My Chemical Romance — before the headline portion kicks off September 2 at Ball Arena in Denver. The tour wraps up with an appearance at Aftershock Festival in Sacramento on October 3.

The Lineup

BABYMETAL headlines with two strong support acts:

  • Halestorm — Grammy-winning hard rock band led by Lzzy Hale, bringing a catalog of arena-ready anthems
  • Violent Vira — Rising act rounding out a stacked bill

The pairing of BABYMETAL's genre-bending metal with Halestorm's hard rock gives fans one of the most unique touring packages of the year.

Why This Tour Matters

BABYMETAL has steadily grown from a curiosity into one of metal's most compelling live acts. Their blend of J-pop vocals with thrash and djent-influenced instrumentation shouldn't work on paper, but it does — and their live shows have become known for high-energy choreography, pyro, and a production level that rivals acts twice their tenure.

Adding Halestorm as support is a smart move. Lzzy Hale's powerhouse vocals and the band's hard rock energy make them a natural fit for BABYMETAL's audience, and the combination should draw fans from both camps into amphitheaters across the country.

With the METAL FORTH deluxe edition dropping alongside this tour cycle, expect new material mixed into the setlist alongside staples like "Gimme Chocolate!!" and "KARATE."

Cities on the Tour

The 2026 tour hits 18 cities including Denver, Chicago, Dallas, Austin, Phoenix, and more, covering a wide sweep from the Northeast through the South and into the Southwest.
